FortiSIEM 5.2.6 services doesn't come up after reboot

Hi,

There was an power outage and FortiSIEM VM was shut down.

FortiSIEM was powered on but the services are not coming up. Only DBSvr is up rest don't come up.

Tried to start the services manually but it doesn't work and gives below logs:

[PH_MODULE_LOG_LEVEL_CHANGE]:[eventSeverity]=PHL_INFO,[procName]=phtools,[fileName]=phBaseProcess.cpp,[lineNumber]=638,[oldLogLevel]=2047,[newLogLevel]=424,[phLogDetail]=Module received log level change [PH_UTIL_PHOENIX_CONFIG_ITEM_MISSING]:[eventSeverity]=PHL_ERROR,[procName]=phtools,[fileName]=phConfigurations.cpp,[lineNumber]=151,[propName]=phtools,[phLogDetail]=Could not find item in phoenix_config.txt [PH_MODULE_INIT_COMPLETE]:[eventSeverity]=PHL_INFO,[procName]=phtools,[fileName]=phBaseProcess.cpp,[lineNumber]=519,[phLogDetail]=Module successfully started [PH_NOTIFICATION_CONN_FAILED]:[eventSeverity]=PHL_ERROR,[procName]=phtools,[fileName]=phNotificationClient.cpp,[lineNumber]=115,[serverName]=localhost,[ipPort]=7900,[phLogDetail]=Failed to connect to notification server - localhost:7900 Monitor is not available [PH_MODULE_EXIT_OK]:[eventSeverity]=PHL_INFO,[procName]=phtools,[fileName]=phBaseProcess.cpp,[lineNumber]=334,[phLogDetail]=Module exited gracefully

Can anyone suggest what needs to be done to fix it.

Thanks
