it's now resolved by add forticloud.com as Split tunneling destinations
it never takes the user to the GUI page, not sure it caused by latency
Hi,
- Can you check Received Packets and Sent Packets value in the FortiSASE traffic logs details?
- Usually the the reason " Accept: session timeout" seen when we have a situation in which SYN packet is sent but does not receive the SYN/ACK packet packet.
- Make sure it is matching the correct policy in FortiSASE.
- I would suggest you to open a support case to see if there are any issues in FortiSASE or not.
Regards,
Shiva
