FortiSASE/OneDrive_the blockage for Upload files

Dear Expertise,
I would like to ask you about the issue "could not produce the expected behavior" as follows,
so I would like to ask for your guidance on what settings are required to control uploads.

■ Settings
1. Set Application Control With Inline-CASB ⇒ Categories ⇒ "Storage.Backup" to Block.
2. Set Application and Filter overrides ⇒ "OneDrive_File.Upload" to Block.
As urgent confirmation is required, we would greatly appreciate it if you could respond
as soon as possible,
despite your busy schedule.

##Additional information##
・Already set "DeepInspection"
・Already applied "SecurityProfile" due to the relevant policy
・Excluding below list in the "URLFilter" settings
     *.onedrive.live.com
     *.live.com
    *.api.onedrive.com

Thanks
Regards,
Inoue

If you are looking to block upload to OneDrive specifically, as deep inspection is already enabled add the application control signature 'OneDrive_File.Upload' for personal version of OneDrive and for business version use the signature 'Microsoft.SharePoint_File.Upload'.

Hi RBA,

This case is still remaining as "cannot block" ,
even though I added the application control signature
< 'OneDrive_File.Upload' for personal version of OneDrive and for business version use the signature 'Microsoft.SharePoint_File.Upload'>

Please advise me any further solution.

Thank you
-Inoue

Supplementary note: <The OneDrive> which I am verifying here refers to the OneDrive used in a personal environment.

Hi RBA,
I have additional question.
Assuming the goal is to block uploads to Private OneDrive,

<When we conducted a functionality test with exactly the same settings across three tenants,
the signature was <OneDrive.upload> for two tenants,
but for one tenant, it was a different signature <OneDrive>.
Is this considered a normal result?
After reviewing of the test log, thre results were shown as below.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TestTenant Name                    App Name         Appid      Result
1)Tenant A               <OneDrive_File.Upload>   35418     Matched with expectations in my test.
2)Tenant B              <OneDrive_File.Upload>   35418     Matched with expectations in my test
3)Tenant C              <OneDrive>                         23382     UNMATCHED with expectations in my test.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please advise,
Thank you
-Inoue
