Hey everyone, just updated our client's fortunately 60E to v7.4.1. They do not use SD-WAN, which happens to have several knows issues for this version. But now, certain machines and phones are unable to connect to the WiFi. This issue started after the upgrade. They use a third party access point. Are there any ways to resolve this issue? Its a bit confusing since not all users have this issue. Most of the iPhone users are unable to connect to the WiFi along with certain laptops. Has anyone encountered such issues? If so, how have you resolved it?

Hello
What do you mean by client can't connect to WiFi? Do you mean they can obtain IP address but can't reach internet or they can't obtain IP at all?
Hi @vanii,
You are using third party APs and you are not able to connect to the wifi. I'm not sure if it is related to the FortiGate. Are you using FortiGate as DHCP server for wifi connections?
Regards,
