FortiOS 7.0.6 - Release Date?

Hello:

Does anyone know when 7.0.6 is being released. I have issues with device identification on switches throughout my network and 7.0.4 and 7.0.5 did not address the issue. Fortinet says it is a known issue and is working to fix it in the next release. I just need to know when the release is coming.

Thanks for asking the question. 

As far as i know it's planned to release by the end of this month (MAY 2022).  It can be delayed so i can't make any promise for the exact date .

I've been told by FNT support that 7.0.6 will be released in the middle of May

Hint:

you might ask via Technical ticket , however note that date is just estimated/expected release date as Fortinet does not have fix release dates and so there might be delay in release caused by extended Q&A test, or new issues found during test, or due to new feature getting in and not yet ready as we would like it to present as complete as possible. There is many reasons.

Another approach is to listen to RSS release feed !
