Looks pretty tame for me at least. Does anyone know any details about this fix? #190285 - IPSec traffic offloaded to NP4 gets broken after rekey.

Ya, I know. I was curious to know more about the bug if anyone knew. For instance, I sometimes have an IPSEC vpn tunnel go down. To get it back up I need to change a setting in the config, save, change the setting back, save, and then I can bring up the tunnel again. :\

Sounds more like your tunnel setup is missing the Dead Gateway Detection so that the SA is not destroyed when the tunnel goes down. Attempts to reestablish the tunnel will then fail. Should be visible in the logs, though.
