Hi FNAC admins
If I have FortiNAC with valid license and valid support subscription (FNC-CAX-VM + FC-10-FNVXA-248-02-DD), with X endpoint license (LIC-FNAC-PLUS-100), but without FortiCate support for the endpoints (I mean there is no FC2-10-FNAC0-240-02-DD).
What can be the behavior of my FNAC and what can be the impact on both operation and support?
Based on the Ordering guide: "The number of FortiCare licenses must match the quantity of endpoint perpetual licenses (PRO or PLUS)".
From an operational perspective, there should be no limitations. Regarding support, you may want to clarify this with Customer Services.

If I'm not mistake LIC-FNAC-PLUS-100 is a perpetual license, not having the Forticare wouldn't affect your appliance, you just wouldn't benefit from the TAC support for any issue with those endpoints. Based on personnel experience.
