FortiNAC can't put the device in the quarantaine VLAN even if it not compliance

hi, can someone help about this issue in the fortinac 8.5 i had configured my Fortinac if the device is not compliance should be moved to the quarantaine VLAN that i created in my switch. the communication between the Fortinac and the switchs are ok , because when i force the VLAN ID on the fortinac it's change in the switch . but when the device is not compliance nothing happend . even the CLI doesn't work because the %port% on it is the interface ID and it's not the LABEL so i can't use it .
