FortiNAC F Radius in HA mode

I have deployed FortiNAC in HA mode. And use its radius server to authenticate users when they are login to the network devices. When the primary unit is active user can login using their name and password only. However when secondary unit become active users should include name@domin name to access it. Can someone explain wh

On the secondary node, check in LDAP config if the domainname field is specified. If so then juste remove the domain name.

Thanks for your response. i am using the same LDAP server for the HA and its domain name filed is blank. 

Note that it works fine when the primary unit is active but require domain name when the secondary become active.
