I am enabling 'Notify Sponsor' on a device profile rules and the administrator profile I built does get the email notification when a device meets the rule. Also any user with the system admin profile are also getting a email notification.
Is there any way to exclude the system admin profile from getting these alerts?
Nominating a forum post submits a request to create a new Knowledge Article based on the forum post topic. Please ensure your nomination includes a solution within the reply.
That feature is not customizable, if enabled an email will be sent to all the admins that are part of "System Administrator" profile. As a workaround you can remove the email address from the accounts that don't want to get email notifications from FNAC.
There are some options from Events > Mappings that are more flexible to select the appropriate group of users that get notified, similar to this article.
Select Forum Responses to become Knowledge Articles!
Select the “Nominate to Knowledge Base” button to recommend a forum post to become a knowledge article.
