FortiManger Trail License issue

Dear All, 

I am trying to get a Fortinet trail license for FortiManager. I followed the following steps. 

1- Install the VM 

2- Register with Fortinet Support login 

3- Download the file from Fortinet Support

4- Upload the License 

After that, the following screen pop-up I entered all the details but it's not going forward. 

Can someone guide me on it.
