I have 2 Fortigate HA and 1 FortiAnalyzer.

Is recommended to use fortiManager to mange these three VMs? or mange them by browser?

Since you just have 3 devices to manage, it is not necessary to have a FortiManager . But if you start using FortiManager from now it will be easier for you to manage when the network and number of devices increase.

We suggest to use FortiManager for better performance and manage all FortiOS devices in one single window.
In case of only 2 FortiGates up to you, but is not a so difficult to manage them by Web console.
