Hello All,
Recently i faced an issue with policy package sync whenever I created a user or any device settings and installed it. after the installation, policy package shows out-of-sync and if I want to re-install it. it shows me to delete the device settings which I created recently.
Appreciate your help for this.

Hi @amitrohilla07 ,
You may perform an Retrieve first, for the out-of-sync shows in Config Status.
Retrieve: under Device Manager -> Managed Devices -> Select the FortiGate -> Dashboard -> Summary -> 'Configuration and Installation' widget -> Revision -> select the menu icon -> Retrieve.
The next thing to check, if you are assigned any Provisioning Template to the FGT device, those configuration will overwrite the changes you made in local FGT or in Device Level.
Have you logged into the FortiGate GUI in read-write mode? If it is managed by FortiManager, try not to log into the FortiGate GUI in read-write mode, as this will cause the FortiManager display to be out of sync or conflict.

Thanks, I saw a Spoke template was overriding the latest config.
