Hello,
I had a similar issue and it was related to dnsfilter configuration.
I had the following error on Fortimanager:
data not exist
reloadconffail 'datasrc invalid. object: dnsfilter profile ftgd-dns filters category 22. detail: 90. solution: data not exist
You can find the details of the error on the task monitor.
Since we were not using dns filter, I have purged the configuration on the fortigate:
# config dnsfilter profile
# purge
Then the import on Fortimanager worked fine.
please go to System Settings - Task Monitor, and check for that task entry history, see if there has error details
Thanks
Simon
Thanks a lot Simon.
Since fortimanager was upgraded to 5.4.2, it does not show this kind of error while importing the policy, previously it was detailed in the Import wizard itself.
Thanks again for the input.
Hello EveryBody,
I had this issue and i found a solution, after downgrading the fortios there is some corruption on the db structure,
so the solution after downgrading you must factory reset the fortigate and then you can add the FGT to Fortimanager
Hello,
Please run below commands on your FGT
[ul]
Please run these on your FMG
[ul]+Also have you performed any downgrading on the FGT before? +How FMG and FGT are connected ? via VPN ?
+Can you ping both parties ?
Cheers

Hello,
Can I ask you one question about fortimanager?
I try to add Fortigate on Fortimanager, but when I authorized, I cannot.
My fault is as below, can you give me how to resolve it? Thank so much.
