FortiManager - 100% CPU

Hi, Guys. I experiencing a problem of CPU FortiManager which is 100%. The firmware on Firewall Manager is v4.0-build0392 110217 (MR2 Patch 5). I found that there are two processes called " fctlinkd" that are causing this problem. I would like to force stop them but could not know for sure what it is about these processes and end up impacting the production environment. Can anyone give some information about this process " fctlinkd" ? In this case, if i update the firmware, the problem could be solved or the process must pass by solving the problem of 100% CPU first? Thanks, Alexandre Fernandes
