FortiMail on KVM doesn't provide 15 days eval

Hello

I noticed that when installing FortiMail VM without license on KVM we don't have 15 days evaluation period, while the 15 days are available when we install it on VMware.

Besides I noticed that FortiWeb provides 15 days eval on both VMware and KVM.

Why this difference? Can we have the same for FML on KVM?

That is correct. Only 1 per account. If you make another you will have to delete the old in FortiCloud and register the new. I have created multiple accounts to have more than one. Also you will not be able to register this version to fortimanager for testing. You will need 7.4.5 or older due to the requirement for a certificate. Support will not help you even though they say it I’ll work with fortimanager.

There is no such licensing in FML.

I mean the 15 days trial described here:
