FortiMail in HA mode

Hi everyone,

I have two FortiMail in HA mode. When I was update the firmware on slave unit the Fortigate turn to it's factory settings.

Could you help me - how can I add the slave unit again to the FortiMail HA cluster??

What I need to do ?

Hi Michal

Since the FortiMail is already factory reset, try to access the FortiMail via console, login and execute below command:-

show system interface

You will see which interface is configured with IP address. Then, configure your laptop with IP in the same subnet and connect a cable from your PC to FortiMail and access to it via GUI.
