Hello All, When the device is restarted the FortiMail 100C is showing error: Open boot device failed. please suggest on it.

Hello and welcome, well, such message only means bad news; i hope you' ve already a backup of your configuration. try to break the booting sequence to begin the format flash procedure, and thereafter, format all the disk partitions, load a fresh image and restore your configuration.
