FortiMail 1000D Address book using Outlook

Hello Fortinet guys, Address book sharing of FortiMail , Is that necessary to share fortimail address book using outlook to create LDAP profile and assign it to Recipient policy?

Now I create all address books in FortiMail and enable global and domain address book as shown:Resource profile.PNG

In outlook ,

I'm trying to add address book as shownAddress book outlook.PNG

As shown , Must I use LDAP server?

The guide is not clear to me , if anyone has screenshots of steps clearly , kindly share to me.
