FortiGuard IoT Confidence scale

Within FortiNAC a FortiGuard IoT scan be performed.  Included in the data returned from FortiGuard is a confidence value.  I have seen a various value from 10 to over 200.  Can anyone tell me the range of the confidence values and how that value is derived?

Example: If the confidence value is 114 as noted in my example attached, where does that sit on the confidence scale?  if scale is 1-300 then it would be less than 50% confident.  If the scale is 1-200 then it is over 50% confidence.  

Trying to get a feel for what value of confidence is low, medium and high

the range of confidence is 0-255

This is stated in the doc below:
