FortiGuard DDNS activation

Hi Folks,

Please confirm everything to be needed in my configuration to activate the function FortiGuard DDNS. 

I try with the parameters indicated in the option menu, but in the system events was registered as "not activated".

As a note, my account was created and activated in the FortiGuard system and the interface to be used is wan1 with dinamic IP provided by the ISP with PPPoE.

You need to tell the FGT which interface you use for WAN: probably 'wan1'. Click the '+' and select the interface.

Hi there,

Thanks for your quick response. I am using a FortiWifi 61e with FortiOS 5.6.5.

In the configuration I select the wan1 interface, selecting the option "use public ip address" and capturing the "unique location" too, the fortios validates the domain and indicates is "available".
