FortiGateCloud Status Tunnel Inactive
I am having an issue with FortiGate Cloud Tunnel Status inactive.
I tried upgrading to FortiGate Cloud Premium but it stuck on this page for over 10 minutes and asked me to try again later.
I have checked my product and it is not in the decommissioned group

Hi Poonyaruk,
To address the issue of FortiGate Cloud tunnel status showing as inactive, follow these steps:
1.If your FortiGate is part of an HA cluster, ensure that you are checking the primary device. The secondary device will show as inactive because the management tunnel is only active for the primary device.
2.Access the GUI of the inactive FortiGate and check if the FortiGuard server is reachable. If not, ensure that the FortiGuard server is accessible from the FortiGate.
3.If the FortiGuard server is not reachable, modify the FortiGuard configuration or change the DNS server settings if they are internal servers.
4.Ensure that port 443 is not blocked in your network settings. This port is essential for communication with FortiGate Cloud.
5.Use Telnet to connect to `logctrl1.fortinet.com` or `globallogctrl.fortinet.net` through port 443 to verify connectivity.
6.In the FortiOS GUI, ensure that FortiGate Cloud is activated as described in the FortiGate Cloud Administration Guide.

5.
6. Yes. It's open.
How can I fix this so that I don't get an exclamation mark about the application in the Fabric Connectors window?
