FortiGate60C always hang

My fortigate60C always hang then i update its firmware to 5.2.2. when i deploy it in my network, it hang again. what is the result of hang? and how can it fix it?

What are your current firmware, could it be that you have a too old firmware to go straigt to 5.2.2?

 

How about skipping 5.2.2 and go straight to 5.2.3? The oldest supported to upgrade from is 5.0.10 if you upgrade to 5.3.3

 

You can download the firmware ex via support.fortinet.com, and then upload it from your computer.
