FortiGate webgui login always fails first attempt

Hi All,

I have an odd issue where a FortiGate 100F HA pair always fails the first login attempt when access the webgui. We have tried multiple users and the issue doesnt occur if you logout and then login again. Also this issue doesnt happen on the CLI. They are running version 7.2.7

Authentication is via LDAP and from what i can see all login attempts are passing. There is a delay when the first attempt fails so assume something is timing out?

Could you verify  terms 'failing'? Are you actually failed to login or you will be auto logged out once logged in first attempt?
