I'll continue in English, though. :)

As far as I am aware, there is not inherent limit specifically for VLANs that can be configured in total or on top of one physical interface. However, there is a limit to a maximum number of any type of interface (physical, logical, aggregate, VLAN, VPN, tunneled-SSID, etc.) that can be configured on any unit.

You can find this limit, and other various configuration-related maximum values, here: https://docs.fortinet.com/max-value-table
1, Select your firmware version
2, Select your desired model and click "GO"

3, search for "system.interface"

For the units you asked about, assuming firmware 7.0.8, the maximum number of any interfaces is:
60F: 256

80F: 256

100F: 4096

So the maximum number of configurable VLANs on a 60F will be 256 - <the number of other interfaces you already have and/or need>.

The interface limit tends to go up with the type of the model. Roughly: SMB units (30~90x) -> 256; 100~400x -> 4096; 500~900x -> 8192; 1000+ -> 16384.
