We have tried to manage our FortiGate firewall through a 3rd party agentless VPN (Symantec Secure Access Cloud).
The issue is that everything works fine except for creating, disabling, deleting policies. It takes around 5 minutes to response with (Failed to save changes) with error code 521. We are using a non-management interface to access the firewall.

Hey OJazem, so what is the FortiGate model and firmware version?. Also did we try to edit/configure the policy from CLI?. To give a proper reply we would have to look into the httpsd debugs while recreating the issue. Below link can help with the error logs
