FortiGate and web caching

Hello,

I'm having trouble setting up Fortigate web caching and how it works.
is it configured by policy? and how to manage and monitor it (size, clear, ttl...) and what about the WAN OPT function?

As far as I know these features only work between FortiGates at different sites not for general caching of traffic to the internet from endpoints/users.
