FortiGate VM license

hello team 

i have uploaded VM licence but the status is 

Serial-Number: FGVM00UNLICENSED
License Status: No License
License Expiration Date: 2024-03-04
VM Resources: 1 CPU/0 allowed, 985 MB RAM/0 MB allowed
Log hard disk: Not available

Can you reinstall FortiGate VM image on your environment? If it does not work I think you should open a case to customer services. 

 

Also, I noticed that on your support page Fortigate serial number is "FGVM01TM24000019" but your license file name is "FGVM01TM24000015" I think this is not normal. Two names should be equal.

I think this license activation process is not completed on the support portal. 

 

Could you wait a little bit of time? and while this time, can you reboot your VM unit?

Is your serial number "FGVM01TM24000019", correct? 

 

If it is correct, I checked your serial number this serial number is not registered to the support portal.  Could you check the registration status on the support portal for this license?

Your Fortinet representative should give a PDF license file. After that, you should activate this license on "support.fortinet.com". After activation, this portal should give a license file with a "lic" file extension. You completed these steps, right? 

 

If you completed these steps, please send a screenshot from the support portal.

Could you try downloading the license file again from the up-left side of the page? After that, can you try activation with a new license file?
