FortiGate SSLVPN

Hello, I have a question For expert, 

I have a FortiGate 101e model and SSL VPN I have created on my firewall but I am facing a kind of error is " unable to establish a VPN connection the VPN server my be unreachable" and when I am open on m SSL VPN on my browser then its fine but when I am trying to connect from outside network, its showing me error, if anybody familiar this error so kindly suggest me how can I solve this error,
