FortiGate NGFW throughput 60E vs 60F example

Hey FortiExperts,

For FortiGate NGFW throughput e.g.

60E - 250 Mbps - NGFW

60F - 1 Gbps - NGFW

This NGFW would be traffic that is utilising security profiles e.g. web/application control?

Say in my scenario I am allowing outbound traffic with one firewall policy with security profiles enabled. Would the max throughput be throttled to 250 Mbps if I was running a 60E?

Likewise if I was running a 60F instead of a 60E would this throughput limit to 1Gbps?

I would like to clarify what NGFW means on the datasheets

https://www.fortinet.com/content/dam/fortinet/assets/data-sheets/FortiGate_FortiWiFi_60E_DSL_Series....

https://www.fortinet.com/content/dam/fortinet/assets/data-sheets/fortigate-fortiwifi-60f-series.pdf

If you can also refer me to the documentation to understand those metrics on the datasheet this would also be appreciated thanks.

This is what I've found along the time in various documents:

NGFW performance is measured with Firewall, IPS and Application Control enabled

Threat Protection performance is measured with Firewall, IPS, Application Control, URL filtering, and Malware Protection with sandboxing enabled.
