FortiGate Administrator on-demand Lab access timer

Hello,

I am planning to purchase on-demand Lab Access for FortiGate Administrator and would like to know how the time spent in the Lab is calculated. Does the timer start as soon as you start the lab and stop once you leave the lab's page? 

Can someone please explain how the timer works?

If you have extensive hands-on experience with FortiGate, you can likely forego the labs. If you DON'T have experience with FortiGate, the labs will be an invaluable way of exposing yourself to the interface, understanding how to get things done in it, and ultimately succeeding in passing your certification exam. It is well-worth the $200, but understand that the access to the labs is not infinite. There is a time limit associated with it, so make sure you can block out time to complete the course and the labs.

Let's say, for instance, I have 2 hours a day allotted to doing the labs, and the labs require 10 hours to finish. Can I stop the timer on the labs until the next day?
