Hello,
we've setup 2 wan interfaces in a weighted round robin load balancing configuration which works fine so far. The SIP traffic should flow through wan1 to a specific range of the provider. Therefore we setup a policy routing (SIP traffic) for the voip devices (lan) to this range of the provider on the Internet. The following questions came up:
- Can we be sure SIP traffic goes allways through wan1 providing wan1 is up in this configuration?
- We assume, that when wan1 is down SIP traffic will be routed throught wan2, right?
- Will SIP traffic automatically be routed through wan1 again when wan1 comes up again after an outage?
Firmware is 5.2.2.
Any advice would be highly appreciated!
