Does anyone know how the 60F compares to the 60E?
I have a 60F on order. With the smaller desktop this unit rocks and beats the pants off
Palo PA220
Any Juniper SRX in the same footprint and cost
Forcepoint N51/N110/N115
Sophos
Ken Felix
PCNSE
NSE
StrongSwan
If you get a 60F with 360 bundle - that comes with "The FortiGate 360 Protection Bundle includes FortiManagerCloud and FortiAnalyzer-Cloud"
Can the FortiAnalyzer-Cloud take the place of an on-premise Analyzer and licensing for a small office business (less than 25 people).
What I mean:
[ul]
So would a 60F +360 bundle let you A) enable security fabric, B) let you use AzureAD as an SSO identity provider?
Thanks!!
BTW -in case it was not clear what services in the 360 bundle I meant:
https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortianalyzer/6.2.0/cloud-deployment/461449/introduction
https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortimanager/6.2.0/cloud-deployment/461449/introduction
and those services don't seem to be the same as:
[ul]
I would really ask this question in the Cloud section , but there is only the forum for Cloud IOC.

Unfortunately, enabling security fabric with FortiAnalyzer-Cloud is not an option and, AFAIK, Fortinet doesn't plan to make it an option.
So, to enable security fabric, you must have on-premise FortiAnalyzer or host it on public clouds (AWS/Azure etc).
Looking at the technical features given in datasheet of FG 60E & FG 60F; there are many factors that fotinet has increased in Fortigate 60F as compare to Fortigate 60E. The maximum load your firewall can handle depends upon its throughput. And FG 60F has very good throughout as compare to FG 60E. Below is the short comparison for your reference. * Firewall Throughput in FG 60F is 10 Gbps whereas in FG 60E Firewall Throughput is only 3 Gbps. * IPS Throughput in FG 60F is 1.4 Gbps whereas in FG 60E it is 400 Mbps only. * NGFW Throughput in FG 60F is 1 Gbps whereas in FG 60E it is only 250 Mbps. * SSL VPN Throughput in FG 60F is 900 Mbps whereas in FG 60E it is 150 Mbps only. * FG 60F can create 35,000 New Connections per Second and FG 60E can create 30,000 New Connections per Second.
