When I was check "Forward Traffic" under Log & Report, I can only see Internet Traffic but not external traffic. How to enable to see both internal and external traffic?

As you mentioned that you are seeing the Internet traffic, so the traffic from the LAN towards the internet is the outgoing traffic.
Are you having the issues with the traffic coming in from the internet to your internal LAN.
Kindly share the screenshot of the same.
