FortiGate 100E allow only company's G suite and block gmail yahoo mail etc.

Hello , 

 i try to allow only G suite for users but without result , i tru it with web filter , application control but without result . Also i try it with fortinet cookbook https://cookbook.fortinet.com/blocking-google-access-for-consumer-accounts/     NO RESULT , please anyone help me with this . or advice something.

You must enabled deep inspection in policy and install CA certificate in system
