FortiExplorer iOS Backup Restore

I use FortiExplorer iOS version Config Backup Restore for HW Replacement.

Restore Dialog Says "Restore Successfully. unplug cable and reconnect after Fortigate Reboot...."

But it will not initiate reboot ,and unplug and plug USB, config not changed.

Otherwise, Backup Restore via Web GUI is complete functionaly.

Why?? Does Anyone use FortiExplorer iOS Backup Restore?

iOS iPhone5 iOS 8

FortiExplorer for iOS 1.0.6

Fortigate FortiWIFI-60D (Config migration to Another HW that have same Product ID)

FortiOS 5.2.3 (same version )
