FortiExplorer firmware ' Download' option doesn' t work

Hi guys, Has anyone ever managed to get the ' Download' button on FortiExplorer to work? I' ve tried a few different releases (including the latest 2.4) and it keeps giving me a ' Failed to connect to the update server' error.
