FortiEMS with Sandbox profile

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to integrate FortiEMS with the sandbox profile on the server.  It now seems to send everything from any website that I browse to forticloud sandbox.  The APT scan that comes up clearly shows it Cache information and I only really want it to scan files that users are trying to download.

 

I have tried to put the following into the exclusion C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\ but this has not helped.

 

Has anyone had anything similar or found a work around?
