FortiEMS trial license

We have a FortiGate + FortiAuthenticator(bought and registered through a Fortigat partner). We are using the free forticlient vpn, but because it is not getting updates we are looking at fortiems. 
I downloaded the installer and installed it on Ubuntu. On opening EMS I get a hardware ID which I need to connect to FortiCloud and get the 3 free trial licenses. But I don't see any possibility on FortiCloud to do this.

Please point me to the right place to do this.

I am on a fresh install of 7.4.4

Requested the demo with another emailaccount and with that email account registered with the forticloud website. Also no 3 licenses.

just a guess, i have no actual proof of this, but I think that in your FortiCloud account you would need to have  some registered products and at least a valid support contract to get a trial license.

i dont think that newly created accounts w/o any of those can get a trial license.

i didnt had the issue you described when i generated my trial license, but I had other products registered and some with valid support contracts.

That could be. We have our fortigate  and licenses registered with our partner.
