FortiEMS installer can't create download link
I am using FortiEMS 7.2 on prem and whenever i try to create a new installer the download link shows a "installer creation failed" message.Why is this happening and how can i fix it?

Have you checked if there's enough space on the disk in order to create the installer ?

There is more than 50GB left on the disk so that shouldnt be a problem

Are you running EMS 7.2.2?
Because there is an known issue 845767 EMS fails to create installer and cannot access installer download link , in it.
If so, try updating to a newer version.
L.E. I saw at some point a thread in regards to connection to FortiGuard which was not working for updates. Try having a look at that also.

I upgraded to the version 7.4.1 but the problem is still there

I assume that you followed this guide, https://docs.fortinet.com/document/forticlient/7.4.1/ems-administration-guide/867528/migrating-ems-7... or did a install from scratch on a Linux machine.
