FortiEMS installation issue with remote sql server

this log MSI_CreateDB(), failed to launch appear to me when i try to install with remotely sql server with cause installation failure.

any one have solution?

Use the Programs and Features pane of the Microsoft Windows Control Panel to uninstall FortiClient EMS.

FortiClient EMS installs the following dependencies. If other applications on the same computer do not use them, you can uninstall them manually after removing FortiClient EMS.

I uninstall all of these but same issue
