I use Cloud EDR so we have the latest version. Windows version is 11. The agent version installed on Windows is 5.2.2. After the last mandatory windows upgrade I get an OS not supporting error, so it is degraded. I can't see a more updated package, is there any way to fix this?

Did you try to restart the host that was upgraded to windows 11?
If that brings nothing then maybe try a reinstall of the collector on that host.
Yes, i tried it already does this after windows upgrade. In addition, i deleted and reinstalled collector but the problem didn't change. Probably the collector version no longer provides this support. I have a few other devices with this problem. Is the only solution to open a ticket?
Yes, it might be better to open a case as logs will need to be checked and possible any other details required by EDR ETAC.
If you're running Windows 11 24H2 it is not supported by FortiEDR 5.2.2. The collector will simply sit in a deactivated degraded state.
You need version 5.2.5 of the client for 24H2 support. We have been running a preview version we received from our Fortinet partner, but they have now published an officially available version to the management portal. If you do not see that version available for download yet open a ticket and they should be able to make it available to you.
