We have multiple users reporting extreme slowness when opening files from a file server. This seems to have started when we upgraded FortiEDR to 5.2.8.41 last Wednesday. We were also upgraded to 7.2 backend this Sunday.
I ran some tests on my machine to rule out the network. With FortiEDR enabled on both my machine and the file server a 13 MB .pdf takes 10 seconds to open. When disabling FortiEDR on my (client) machine the time to open is only a second. We see similar behavior on other machines/file servers.
Anyone having similar issues?
