Can anyone please tell me if the system ID on a HyperV installation of FortiConnect changes if we change the IP address?

I have found this answer:
"I can’t remember for FortiConnect explicitly but it does on the controllers. If you change the system ID you need to update the license tab on support.Fortinet.com and redownload your licenses"
