FortiCloud

I have a FGT 100D HA (active/passive). I' m not able to see the Active FW when I log into forticloud via a browser. From the dashboard I can' t log in. It states to contact support. Any one have suggestions before I call support?

There might had issues with the portal side.

I also experienced  the same few days back. now seems fine.

I had to update the fimware from 5.2.1 to 5.2.2.  Now there is data in the FortiCloud.
