FortiCloud didn' t generate report

Hi Engineers, Forticloud is not generating reports. I did follow the instructions on how to setup the forticloud but it seems that I missed something on the configurations. Can you help me pls. Regards Aaron

did you get this working ok? scheduled reports should work fine
