Hi,
I am trying to activate forticloud , receive Forticloud internal error message.
ISP claims not no blocking on their side.
Anyone , experience issue.

You may try:
1.Make sure FGT's DNS setting is correct, it have "logctrl1.fortinet.com" in DNS cache, check it with CLI:dia test application dnsproxy 7
2. Enable debug to see what happen, CLI:dia debug application forticldd -1
3, Check the status with CLI:
dia fdsm xx
