I am interested in one question to which I have not found an answer. If I have a 2FA to log in to FortiCloud (2FA with email or FortiToken Mobile) and I lose access to the mail that the authentication code comes to or lose the mobile that has the app with the authentication code, is there a way to reset the 2FA?

Hey Alfonziino,
the easiest solution in that case would be to just contact Customer Support (via chat or phone) to regain access to your account. They might need you to provide some additional identifying information to reset 2FA on your account, I believe (I've never tested this to be honest).
