Is it the default route?
Is it like the route is present for few seconds and then disappears?
Other working PCs are also on windows 11?

Is there split tunneling?

Can you confirm the Forticlient version? There was a known issue in versions below 7.0.4

785745 FortiClient cannot add routing table after establishing SSL VPN.

Hello Fabrizio,

Since, the route is being added to the other users routing table, it seems to be a machine specific issue. Kindly confirm which platform are other users on, is it windows 11 ? Also, do share the output of below from your machine, after connecting to VPN

route print
ipconfig /all
