Good guys, can someone provide me with a download link for the FortiClientTools file from support.fortinet.com Support -> Firmware Download. unfortunately I don't have access.

It is under Support > Firmware Download > FortiClient
You must have a valid contract.

It looks the page you are showing is from www.fortinet.com, while you need to access to support.fortinet.com.
